The company has passed GB / T19001 - 2016 / ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system, GB / t24001 - 2016 / ISO 14001: 2015 environmental management system and GB / t45001 - 2020 / ISO 45001: 2018 occupational health and safety management certification. In addition, Zhoushan Hengyuan first proposed and released the industry standard of T / zzb1213-2019 of "injection chamber (melting cup)". At present, the annual output of injection chamber (melting cup) of 125t-9000t cold chamber die casting machine has exceeded 50000 pieces. In addition, in order to better meet the needs of our customers to produce all kinds of high-quality die-casting accessories such as feeding barrel, injection head and injection rod, and realize the high-efficiency and energy-saving die-casting automation, the company owns finished product warehouse with a variety of models below 1600t standard, general injection chamber (melting cup) in stock for many years.
